YuvaNext is a career development and skill-building platform designed to equip students and early professionals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market. It offers structured learning programs, mentorship from industry experts, and practical exposure to real-world projects. By combining guided career pathways with hands-on experience, YuvaNext helps users build confidence, gain relevant skills, and transition smoothly from education to meaningful employment.
Key Features
The platform is structured around four core user flows — Candidate, Unit, Mentor, and Admin — each designed to ensure a seamless and role-specific experience. Candidates can explore curated learning paths, enroll in programs, track their progress, complete assignments, and connect with mentors. The Unit flow enables structured program management, curriculum organization, and performance tracking at a cohort or department level. Mentors have access to dashboards that allow them to guide learners, monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage sessions efficiently. The Admin flow supports overall system management, user control, reporting, content updates, and operational oversight to ensure smooth platform functioning.
Problem
Students and early professionals often lack structured guidance, industry exposure, and personalized mentorship, while institutions struggle to efficiently manage programs and track performance across multiple stakeholders. The challenge was to create a cohesive system that supports different user roles without making the experience complex or overwhelming.
Approach
The design process involved mapping out detailed user journeys for Candidates, Units, Mentors, and Admins to identify friction points and overlapping functionalities. I restructured the information architecture to clearly separate role-based dashboards while maintaining a consistent design system across the platform. Navigation was simplified to reduce cognitive load, and dashboards were optimized to highlight the most relevant actions for each user type. Additionally, the platform was made fully mobile-friendly to ensure accessibility and usability across devices, allowing users to learn, manage, and mentor seamlessly from anywhere.

The final platform delivers a structured, scalable, and user-centric experience tailored to multiple stakeholders. By clearly defining role-based flows and enhancing usability, YuvaNext now provides a more organized, efficient, and engaging environment for career growth and program management.
